1. Organizer

CUPA PIZARRAS S.A. organizes a prize draw among participants who complete the annual customer satisfaction survey.

2. Eligibility

• Anyone who receives the survey and completes it in full within the established timeframe may participate. 
• Only one entry per person is allowed. 
• CUPA PIZARRAS employees and their immediate family members are excluded from participation. 

3. Duration

The participation period will run from November 26th to December 19th.

4. Prize

The prize consists of one Amazon Gift Card worth €50.
The prize is personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. 

5. Winner Selection

After the participation period ends, CUPA PIZARRAS will randomly select one winner from all valid survey completions.
The winner will be contacted by email. If no response is received within 7 days, a new winner will be selected. 

6. Data Protection

Personal data collected will be used solely for managing the draw and contacting the winner, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these rules.
