Real Madrid – Barcelona: the Best of the Best 2026 winner will watch El Clásico live

We can finally reveal the big surprise of Best of the Best 2026. We already knew that the winner would be travelling to Madrid to watch a match at the Santiago Bernabéu, but we kept one small detail under wraps: it will be Real Madrid vs FC Barcelona. This year’s winner will be there to watch El Clásico live.

Best of the Best is our international competition celebrating the best natural slate projects and the skills behind them. You can enter by submitting your video through the official competition website until 30 November 2026.

A very special prize for this year’s competition

Every year, we receive entries from roofers around the world, showcasing their work with natural slate and sharing the projects, details and solutions that are part of the trade every day.

For this sixth edition, we want the prize to be special too. The winner will travel to Madrid to watch Real Madrid vs FC Barcelona at the Santiago Bernabéu on the weekend of 9 May, and experience one of the biggest matches in world football from the stands.

And, as every year, everyone who takes part will receive a thank-you gift including some useful work gear. Because beyond the prize, the aim of Best of the Best remains the same: to celebrate the work of natural slate professionals and share it with people around the world.
