Backing the roofers of tomorrow: celebrating slating excellence in colleges
We’re proud to play a part in keeping the craft of natural slate alive. Through our dedicated program, we support colleges across the United Kingdom with both training materials and hands-on initiatives.
It’s our way of investing in the next generation of skilled roofers. You can learn more about the program and meet the participants through here.
We also believe in recognising excellence. That’s why each year, we provide the colleges with a trophy to crown outstanding students as Slater Apprentice of the Year. Whether it’s rewarding the most skilled apprentices or those who’ve shown the greatest improvement. We’re proud to help colleges shine a spotlight on the next generation of talent in natural slate.
